Services

Christ Episcopal Church (CEC) is currently on its Summer Schedule. During the Summer months CEC has two Sunday Services rather than three. The Summer scheduling makes it a great time to get reacquainted with fellow parishioners. The laity participates in leading worship. At the Sunday Eucharist, members of the congregation bring the bread and wine to the Altar at the offertory and serve as lectors for the reading of the lessons. Laity also serve as Acolytes, Lectors, Lay Liturgical Eucharistic Ministers, and Ushers. Frequently, a healing ministry takes place at a side Altar during the distribution of Communion.

7:45 a.m. Holy Eucharist Rite I (a spoken service with Sermon)

8:00-11:00 a.m. Nursery care for 0-4 years old (Nursery)

8:45-9:00 a.m. "Lemonade on the Porch" (Parish House adjacent to the Church)

10:00 am Holy Eucharist Rite II Sermon, Service Music, Hymns, and Choir (children friendly)

8:00-11:00 a.m. Nursery care for 0-4 years old (Nursery)

11:00-11:30 a.m. "Lemonade on the Porch" (Parish House adjacent to the Church)

WEDNESDAY

 

12:15 am Holy Eucharist Rite II with choir, healing service
