Welcoming

The Welcoming Committee's primary responsibility is to make newcomers to Christ Church feel comfortable and welcome. The Committee sponsors Newcomers to the parish and hosts events such as the Newcomer's Coffee or the Church History Tour and Reception to help nurture their introduction to Christ Church.

The committee is also responsible for the signage around the Church property, maintaining the web site, and producing a pictorial directory. Volunteers are always welcome.

Report on Parish Communications - In early 2002, the Committee hosted a number of meetings to review the various communication mechanisms of the parish. The process employed, design criteria established, and changes to be undertaken were documented in the report below.
