Welcome To Our Newcomers

Welcome all visitors and newcomers. Christ Church, one of the oldest churches in the Washington Diocese, is the mother church of Prince George's Parish. It has a rich history and is located in the center of Rockville in an historic area (see Directions for location).

Please stop by the Newcomers' Table  and sign the guest book and also pick up a tote bag with information about Christ Episcopal Church and its ministries.  The guest book is in the narthex following the 7:45 am service.  Or you can let us know who you are by calling the church office at 301-762-2191.

The Newcomer's Coffee is held periodically to welcome newcomers to Christ Church and provide a specific venue for you to meet members of the Congregation.

The Covenant Class is specifically designed to assist new church members and occurs twice a year:

Preparation for confirmation or reception and review of what it means to be member of the Anglican Communion
Six week sessions
